(BEACH) Where I'm from

Where i’m from I dive in the icci water like a mermaid
Birds circle me as if their security guards.
When I swim the water slaps me across the face as if it’s a live.
When i’m in the water I smell barbecue cooking up the hill.
Where i’m from I hear humble people walking on the sand whistling.
I swam as if I was the furrow of the fish.

Were i’m from I water the gardens every day.
I dug through the ground as if I was a dog
I ran rapidly racing my self.
I run Right around my tree and I tripped over a stick as if a angry boy tripped me up.

Movie Reflection

Last week I did a rap about Martin Luther King and Nelson mandela. I made an improvement on my chorus. It was rhyming supercalafragalisticexpialadoshus. I put a beat called Kdrew bullseye. Me and my friend loves dubstep.

We did a rap about the whites suffering because I think it would be fair because the blacks been suffering for ages. The blacks had to be in a slave ship and to be sold. But it basically about the main characters.

Our whole movie is an animation. But its al right because we manage to finish. I really wanted it the way I wanted it but i'm not good at drawing. First we planned it then did animation and later on we put it together.

We did our voice recording together but i didn't like it because it was to quiet.

Term 3 Highlights

Term three has been cool. After lunch time or morning tea I always get my net book and listen to music. My favourite
music is dubstep and skrillex. I like to dance to dubstep alot. My friends have been awesome and playful.

My teachers name is Mrs Langitupu. She has been the best teacher this whole year. She is one of my favourite. She has taught me well. She has taught me decimals fractions and tons of other stuff. Next year whoever is in Mrs Langitupu class is lucky.

For PE we do capture the flag. It is a fun game to play. Whoever is in your territory you tag them. They got to run and dough us to get in the square to get the flag. Then they would run back to their territory to get a point.

We done some Kiwi sports (basket ball). Our couch is Steph and Rob. They have taught our class how to dribble and use our arm bar. They told us not to do fouls or travelling and not to do double dribble. They showed us how to do the hand signals too.

Being a protester, (Fake story)

“1, 2, 3, 4 we don’t want any racist tour” we cheered as we marched to the rugby stadium. We had signs saying “Stop being racist”. I was a young protester demonstrating against the Springbok Tour of New Zealand. I had my shield to protect me in case  the police might hit me with their batton. I picked a rock up and hit the police. A lady walked past with blood all over her head.

We broke through the fence and stormed in the middle of the field and chanted. A plane went past dropping smoke bombs. We coughed but we didn't fall down. We stayed standing and strong. I was feeling anxious because we were surrounded by angry rugby fans throwing cans and bottles and us.

Police had helmets and heavy protective gear. They had black uniforms with big shields and battens. They tried to make a barricade. In the front of me were all these people with signs they were using as shields. They got to wear it because they were in front and the police would hit them with their batten.

My friend got whacked and I helped him get out of the way. I took him to a tent to help him get stitched up. So I went out and kept protesting. NZ people wanted south africa to come and play rugby and thats why I was protesting.
