Kiwikick

As I was Arriving to Kiwi Kick my teeth were chattering and my body was covered in goose bumps. My class was all cold. I had num hands so I briskly rubbed my hands to get all the numbnous away.We learnt some moves, one was the Drop punt. The rules are laces away from faces. My favorite skill in Kiwikick was the speckie.

Our coaches names were Sam,Mike and Anita. Sams Nickname was sandwich and Anita's Nickname was Butter chicken. Mikes Nickname was mikeraphone. I made a joke about Anita and Sandwich. Anita Sandwich. Get it? I need a Sandwich.

Week 2: We learnt the pirate pass. You got to step forward and act like your holding a Ice-cream and then hit the ball. We had to be in teams to learn how to do it but I already knew how to do it. Because last year I was doing kiwi kick.


Last week: We never learnt anything new we just played  a game of Kiwikick but different. We had to play on the field pretending like there was a river in the middle. We had to drop punt it over the river. I drop punted it and it went flying if they dropped the ball we get a point. I got 12 people out but our  team lost.

Daniella Hulme

Daniella Hulme is a New Zealand artist whose artworks “ Abundance” Is inspired By the Pacific Island. She incorporates Flowers,Fruit, the sea and the Island in this painting. her style is smooth and simplistic. The use of vibrant colours conveys a mood of happyness. She painted the mountain in the back round is small because it is far if you were close up it would be big.

Vincent Van Gogh Is famous because he painted over 900 painting. In his painting called Starry night it shows village beside some hills. It is one of his most famous paintings. The sky also look likes an ocean because his technique was to use bold and thick dark outlines and swirls. He has rough brushstrokes to show shimmering stars.

Hydroslide

As I walk into the pools I brought me a Hydroslide bracelet so I can go on the long Hydroslide. The first time I went down it was dark and you can not see anything but I could because my glowing bracelet. "The water is warm," I said to myself . I knew why it was warm . It was because I had been in the cold pool for whille and then when I entered the building it was nice and cosy.
